Visiting and Tours

A Primary Goal

The Antique Wireless Association is committed to the education of individuals and groups on the history of the technology used to communicate and entertain.  Communication and entertainment have become a central and vital core of today’s world economy and society’s lifestyle.  Using the Antique Wireless Museum’s world-class collection of artifacts and related ephemera, the Museum Staff can engage and energize kids of all ages in the technology’s history.

Family groups are always welcome to visit during our routine Antique Wireless Museum’s hours listed below. Your tour will be conducted by a Museum Historian to enhance your visit and understanding. Self guided touring is always possible.

If you are part of a larger group, an arranged group tour is one of the best ways to initially visit the Antique Wireless Museum.  Given advance notice of the group’s specific interests, Historians can focus on specific technologies on display and make sure the group’s size will not limit anyone’s experience. We request a minimum of five business days advance notice for any tour.

A Tour Coordinator contact form is provided on the Contacts page of this website to make communication simple.

Visiting and Tours

The Antique Wireless Museum is open Tuesdays 10 AM to 3 PM and Saturdays 1 PM to 5 PM except when New Year, Easter, Fourth of July and Christmas fall on a Tuesday or Saturday. The last guided tour begins one hour before closing.

For example, July 4, 2020, was on a Saturday so the Museum will be closed for visitors on Saturday July 4, 2020. Christmas 2020 was on a Friday so the Museum will be open Saturday, December 26th.
