To obtain more specific search results, try the following tips:

•Use quotation marks•
Use quotation marks around words which must appear together, for example, "RCA Victor". Otherwise, the results will include the word RCA , and the word Victor , but not necessarily in any order. The words may appear in any order, and anywhere within the document.

•Do Not Use obvious words or phrases•
Please do not use obvious words, for example, "AWA" or "wireless" or "antique". Your search results will be totally useless due to the fact that these words appear on EVERY webpage on this site. You will get a hit on each and every page on this website.

•Use multiple words•
Use multiple words when searching. Your searches will return more refined results from several words than from a single word. For example, typing vacuum tube chart will give you better results than typing only tube . (Please note that matching results are shown even if they don't contain all the search terms you typed.)

•Use appropriate capitalization•
Capitalize proper nouns. Lowercase words will match any case. For example, typing radio will return all documents containing the words radio , Radio , and RADIO .

•Check spelling•
Make sure your search words or phrases are spelled correctly. The search engine will also try to find words that sound similar your search terms, but it's best to try to spell your words correctly when ever you can.

•Use similar words•
The more similar words you use in your searches, the more relevant results you will get back.
